2011 Summer Open House

Well if you missed the Summer open house you missed a good time. We again had all the food and drink you could want. Desserts were delicious as usual. The raffle items were a gas grill donated by Jim and Patty D and coupons for BW3’s hot wing signature sauces and three t-shirts, obtained by Julie S as a prize for our event. We played the wheel spin and played bingo for some really neat prizes. Julie took care of the bingo games and did a great job. All week the weatherman predicted that we would have rain but he was wrong. It was hot and sticky. We had to arrange the canopies a different way due to the new fence but it seemed everyone had shade.

I would like to thank everyone that made this event such a success and also all the members that stayed after the event and helped close up everything. When they left the backyard was restored to its original state.
